以癫痫持续状态起病的神经梅毒1例

1 case of neurosyphilis with the symptom as status epilepticus

神经梅毒是梅毒螺旋体侵犯中枢神经系统引起的疾病,分为3种主要类型,即无症状神经梅毒、间质性神经梅毒(梅毒性脑膜炎、血管型梅毒及树胶样肿性神经梅毒)和主质型梅毒(麻痹性痴呆和脊髓痨)。以癫痫持续状态起病的神经梅毒比较少见,且易被误诊为病毒性脑炎。为提高对本病的认识,现将我院收治的1例以癫痫持续状态起病的神经梅毒病例进行报道,并结合文献讨论。

Neurosyphilis is a disease caused by treponema pallidum invading the central nervous system.It is divided into three main types:asymptomatic neurosyphilis, interstitial neurosyphilis (syphilitic meningitis, vascular syphilis and gummy-like swollen neurosyphilis) and substantial neurosyphilis(paralytic dementia and spinal cord hernia).Neurosyphilis with the symptom as status epilepticus is rare and easily misdiagnosed as viral encephalitis.In order to improve the understanding of this disease, 1 case of neurosyphilis with the symptom as status epilepticus in our hospital is reported and discussed in combination with the literature.
