急诊科护士职业压力分析及预防对策

Analysis and preventive measures of occupational stress of nurses in emergency department

目的分析急诊科护士的职业压力情况、有效减轻及预防压力的措施,以提高急诊科护士工作效率和护理质量。方法采取问卷调查的方式调查扶风县两所二级甲等医院急诊科40名护士的工作状态,分析急诊科护士所面临的各种职业压力,并提出相应的防护对策。结果急诊科护士产生心理压力的前六项压力源依次为:工作任务繁重、责任大;担心护患关系不和谐或发生医疗差错;社会地位低,工资及其他的福利待遇低;缺乏社会及管理者的理解与支持;工作中紧张复杂的人际关系;所学知识不够用或技术不够熟练。结论急诊科护士和管理层在工作中应提高防范意识,采用各种方式减轻职业压力,不仅有益于护士身心健康,更有利于提高工作效率,提升护理工作质量。

Objective To analyze the occupational stress of nurses in emergency department and effective measures to reduce and prevent the stress, so as to improve the work efficiency and nursing quality of nurses in emergency department.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the working status of 40 nurses in emergency department of two second-class A-level hospitals in Fufeng County.Various occupational pressures faced by nurses in emergency department were analyzed, and the corresponding protective measures were put forward.Results The first six stressors of nurses in emergency department were in turn:heavy tasks and great responsibilities;fear of discordant nurse-patient relationship or medical errors;low social status, low wages and other benefits;the lack of understanding and support from the society and managers;the tense and complex interpersonal relationship in the work;the lack of knowledge or technical knowledge.Conclusion Nurses and management in emergency department should improve their awareness of prevention and reduce occupational stress in various ways.It is not only beneficial to nurses' physical and mental health, but also conducive to improving work efficiency and quality of nursing work.
