浅析碘-125粒子组织间近距离放射治疗肝癌的进展

Progress in inter-tissue brachytherapy with iodine-125 particles in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

肝癌在我国的临床发生率逐年递增,随着临床医学的不断进步,肝癌的治疗方法逐渐趋向多元化,放射性碘-125粒子植入方案在现阶段治疗肝癌中表现出可观的疗效与优势。本文分析了碘-125粒子组织间近距离放射治疗肝癌的应用进展,评价此方式在肝癌综合治疗的应用前景,并依据现状提出目前仍面临的问题,旨在为临床提高碘-125粒子组织间近距离放射治疗肝癌的效果提供参考。

The clinical incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma in China is increasing year by year.With the continuous progress of clinical medicine, the treatment methods of hepatocellular carcinoma tends to diversification.Radioactive iodine-125 particles implantation has shown considerable efficacy and advantages in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma at this stage.In this paper, the application progress of iodine-125 particles inter-tissue brachytherapy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed, the application prospect of this method in comprehensive treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma was evaluated, and the existing problems were put forward according to the present situation.The aim of this study is to provide a reference to improve the effect of inter-tissue brachytherapy with iodine-125 particles in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
