摘要 汽车驱动桥后桥壳质量冗余会造成材料浪费和降低汽车的燃油经济性,开展结构优化与轻量化研究具有重要意义.本文采用响应面法构建后桥壳各部件厚度与应力位移的优化模型.优化结果表明:在保证响应面模型的准确性和精度的条件下,优化效果明显.在满足强度及刚度的要求下,后桥壳质量减轻了3.08 kg,其减重率达18.50%.响应面近似模型与实物会有一定的偏差,但仍可为后续的真实车体后桥壳结构参数优化提供参考. The mass redundancy of the rear axle housing of the automobile drive axle will not only bring material waste but also reduce the fuel economy of the vehicle.It is significant to carry out research on structural optimization and lightweight.In this paper,the response surface method has been used to construct the optimization model of the thickness,stress and displacement of the rear axle housing components.The optimization results show that the effect is very obvious under the condition to ensure the correctness and accuracy through the response surface method.Under the requirements of satisfying the strength and stiffness of the rear axle housing,its mass is reduced by 3.08 kg and its weight loss rate is to 18.50%.Though the approximate model will have some deviation from the real vehicle object,it can still provide reference for the optimization of the structural parameters of the rear axle housing for the real car body.
