岩盐伴生性钙芒硝的转化开采技术

Exploitation Technology of Glauberite Associated with Salt Rock

硫酸钠型岩盐中一般都有伴生性的钙芒硝矿,而钙芒硝难溶于水。目前,常用的水溶法开采不能将难溶的伴生性钙芒硝采出,从而造成了资源的浪费。利用制碱钙液中氯化钙促进钙芒硝溶漓分解的原理,提出了一种用制碱钙液转化开采岩盐伴生性钙芒硝资源的方法,使盐矿中伴生的钙芒硝得到溶漓分解,转化成有用的NaCl并采出,实现了钙芒硝资源开发利用,提高了岩盐矿藏的资源利用率。

Sodium sulphate type rock salt is usually accompanied by glauberite.Glauberite is insoluble in water.At present,the commonly used solution mining method can not extract the insoluble associated glauberite,resulting in the waste of resources.A method of exploiting glauberite resources associated with rock salt is presented in this paper.Calcium chloride in the waste liquid from Solvay Process can promote the dissolution and decomposition of glauberite,so that the associated glauberite in salt mine can be dissolved and decomposed,and then converted into useful sodium chloride for extraction.The method has achieved the purpose of improving the utilization ratio of mineral resources.
