废弃芦蒿秸秆多组分分离提取工艺设计及优化 被引量:1

摘要 芦蒿秸秆是一种农业废弃物,因其富含纤维素、半纤维素、木质素和其他成分而具有巨大的资源潜力。以芦蒿秸秆为原料,系统研究了芦蒿秸秆中的黄酮类物质和木质纤维素三组分的分离方法。首先采用乙醇溶液回收黄酮组分;然后采用微波乙醇法对芦蒿秸秆进行脱木质素预处理,同时使用Na OH溶液溶解并结合醇沉过程回收半纤维素;最后使用酸性亚氯酸钠溶液提纯纤维素。在最优条件下,黄酮提取率达到1. 61%;木质素、半纤维素、纤维素的回收率分别达到59. 34%、72. 94%、80. 64%;纤维素经两次提纯处理后纯度高达93. 8%。该分离方法为芦蒿秸秆的综合利用提供了一条可行的路线。 Artemisia selengensis straw is a waste product of agriculture with great potential as a resource because it is rich in cellulose,hemicelluloses,lignin and other components.Artemisia selengensis straw was used as raw material for flavonoids and lignocellulose separation.First flavonoids was extracted in ethanol solution;then delignification by microwave pretreatment was used,and hemicellulose was dissolved and recovered by sodium hydroxide combined with ethanol precipitation process at the same time;finally cellulose was purified by sodium chlorite solution.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of flavonoids was 1.61%;the extract of lignin rate was 59.34%;the extraction rate of hemicellulose was 72.94%,and cellulose purity reached 93.8%after two purification reaction with the recovery rate of 80.64%.The separation process provided a feasible way for the comprehensive utilization of Artemisia selengensis straw.
