人字齿轮装夹位姿误差对人字齿轮铣齿精度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对人字齿轮铣齿加工过程中存在装夹位姿误差影响人字齿轮加工精度的问题,基于平面包络理论和齐次坐标变换,建立含人字齿轮装夹位姿误差的人字齿轮铣齿数学模型,依据齿轮标准ISO1 328-1—1995建立齿轮精度评价的理论模型。分别研究了人字齿轮装夹偏心误差、倾角误差、偏心误差和倾角误差的耦合作用这3种情况下对齿轮的齿廓误差、齿向误差、齿距误差的影响规律,得到齿面误差的敏感项。最后进行人字齿轮铣齿实验,实验结果验证了人字齿轮装夹位姿误差对人字齿轮铣齿精度的影响规律的正确性。所得规律及其研究办法有助于人字齿轮铣齿误差辨识、误差补偿和加工精度的提高。 Quality of the herringbone gear is influenced by the clamping pose error in its milling process.The mathematical model with pose errors for herringbone gear milling was established based on the flank milling envelope and homogeneous transformation matrix(HTM).The theoretical model of gear accuracy evaluation was built based on the gear standard ISO 1328-1-1995.The relationship of profile,lead and pitch error with respect to the gear eccentric,the inclination and the coupling error were investigated,respectively.The sensitive errors were obtained by analyzing the gear pose errors.Cutting experiments for herringbone gear were conducted to verify the method.Results showed the validity of the influence rule of herringbone gear clamping pose errors.The influence rule and the method could be used for error identification,error compensation and the improvement of machining accuracy in herringbone gear milling.
