QB/T 2727-2017《皮革 色牢度试验 耐人造光色牢度:氙弧》常用方法结果差异分析

2017年新发布实施了皮革耐光色牢度测试标准QB/T 2727-2017《皮革色牢度试验耐人造光色牢度:氙弧》,该标准由旧版的3种测试方法,一套滤光系统变更为5种测试方法,两套滤光系统供选择(水冷)。变更趋势为测试方法向纺织品靠拢,趋同于GB/T8427,更好的提高了检测机构的设备使用率。本文重点介绍本标准中的常用测试方法使用不同的滤光系统,结果上的差异。对企业质控、第三方检测有一定的指导作用。

In 2017,the new standard QB/T 2727-2017"Leather-test for color fastness–color fastness to artificial light:xenon art fading lamp test"was released and implemented.The old version of the standard consists three test methods and a set of filter system.The new version of the standard Changes to 5 test methods,two sets of filter system for choice(water cooling).The trend of change is that the testing method is closer to textiles and tends to GB/T8427,which improves the equipment usage rate of testing institutions.This paper focuses on the differences in the results of five test methods using different filter systems in this standard.It will play a guiding role in enterprise quality control and third-party detection institions.
