Progress,Problems and Prospects of the "Delt and Road" Research in the Past Five Years

五年来"一带一路"倡议已成为国内外学术界研究的重点领域与热点问题,丰硕的研究成果为建设"一带一路"提供了有力的理论支撑。只有对"一带一路"现有研究成果进行及时梳理与全面总结,才能为"一带一路"建设提供持续的理论指导。为此,本文在梳理"一带一路"倡议五年来研究进展的基础上,指出目前国内"一带一路"研究中存在前瞻性不够、理论性不够、系统性不够、全面性不够、持续性不够五个方面的问题,并针对"一带一路"的研究趋势提出:以构建人类命运共同体作为未来研究的主线,以创新"五通"(1)作为未来研究的主要内容,以推进新型经济全球化作为未来研究的依托,以增强科学性作为未来研究的导向。

In the past five years,the"Belt and Road"has become a key area and hot topic in academic research at home and abroad.The fruitful research results provide a strong theoretical support for the construction of the"Belt and Road".Only by timely combing and comprehensively summarizing the existing research results of"Belt and Road"can we provide continuous theoretical guidance for the construction of"Belt and Road".To this end,based on the research progress of the"Belt and Road"in the past five years,this paper points out that there are not enough forward-looking,theoretically insufficient,systematically inadequate,comprehensive and insufficient sustainability in the current"Belt and Road"study.In terms of the research trend of"Belt and Road",the author proposes to build a community of human destiny as the main line of future research,innovate the"five links"as the main content of future research,promote new economic globalization as the support of future research and enhance scientific as the direction of future research.
