技术创新演进视角下技术轨道变迁与创新绩效的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 技术创新是促进技术轨道变迁,提升创新绩效的关键要素,但当前相关文献研究中,对技术创新研究、技术轨道变迁以及创新绩效的分析较少涉及三者的关系。本研究依据高新技术产业上市公司的年报数据(2013-2017),探讨了技术轨道变迁与创新绩效的关系,分析了技术创新演进在二者之间的调节作用。研究结果表明,技术轨道变迁与创新绩效之间呈倒U型的关系;技术创新演进的制度水平能够正向调节技术轨道变迁与创新绩效之间的倒U型关系;技术创新演进组织结构对技术轨道变迁与创新绩效之间的倒U型关系具有正向调节作用。因此,公司推动技术轨道变迁的战略过程中,必须要制定有效的技术创新演进制度,增强技术创新演进组织结构的合理性。同时,必须从竞争与合作中择优,联合确立新型技术轨道的发展路径,明确自身技术轨道发展方向,稳步创造技术轨道变迁的条件和机会。 echnological innovation is the key factor to promote technological track change and improve innovation performance. However , in the current literature , the analysis of technological innovation research , technological track change and innovation performance is less involved in the relationship between the three. Based on the annual report data of high-tech industry listed companies (2013-2017), this study explores the relationship between technological track change and innovation performance , and analyzes the regulatory role of technological innovation evolution between them. The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between technological track change and innovation performance; the institutional level of technological innovation evolution can positively adjust the inverted U-shaped relationship between technological track change and innovation performance; and the organizational structure of technological innovation evolution can positively adjust the inverted U-shaped relationship between technological track change and innovation performance. Effect. Therefore , in the strategic process of promoting technological track change , the company must formulate an effective evolution system of technological innovation , and enhance the rationality of the organizational structure of technological innovation evolution. At the same time , we must choose the best from competition and cooperation , establish the development path of the new technological track jointly , define the development direction of our own technological track , and create the conditions and opportunities for the technological track change steadily
