摘要
文章基于来自不同规模和类型企业的218位员工的访谈和调查问卷数据,对企业社会责任行为与员工内部工作动机之间的关系进行了研究。研究发现企业社会责任行为对员工的内部工作动机具有积极的影响。采用结构方程模型,对数据进行分析,实证研究的结果显示,企业对不同利益相关者的社会责任行为会对员工的心理资本产生积极的影响。心理资本在企业社会责任行为对员工内部工作动机的影响中起部分中介作用。实证研究同时发现,企业对合作伙伴的责任行为对员工的影响要比直接对员工的责任行为对员工的影响更显著,企业对社区的责任行为对员工的影响程度相对较低。企业可以将资源更多地投入到对合作伙伴和员工的责任行为上。本研究对企业针对不同的利益相关者履行社会责任行为的资源投入程度具有一定的借鉴作用。
The paper empirically analyzes the relationship between corporate social responsibility and employees' internal motivation. Data was collected from 218 employees based on interviewing or questionnaire. Using structural equation model for analysis , the results of the study shows that corporate social responsibility behavior has positive impact on employees' internal work motivation , corporate social responsibility to different stakeholder positively impact on the psychological capital of employees , and psychological capital plays a partial mediating effect role between corporate social responsibility and employees' internal work motivation. Meanwhile the study shows that the impact on employees of corporate social responsibility to corporate partners is more significant than corporate social responsibility to employees directly , and the impact on employees of the corporate social responsibility to community is relatively low. As a result ,more resources about corporate social responsibilities should be invested to corporate partners and employees. When fulfilling corporate social responsibility behaviors to different stakeholders , this study provides a reference to managers of enterprise
