资源型城市生产性服务业影响因素研究——以攀枝花市为例

Study on the Influencing Factors of Productive Service Industry in Resource-based Cities——Take Panzhihua City as an Example

发展现代生产性服务业对于资源型城市的转型升级具有重要意义。依据资源型城市的特点,选取了经济发展水平、工业化程度、第三产业整体发展情况、经济开放程度、城镇化进程、基础设施状况等指标,对资源型城市生产性服务业发展进行实证分析。结果表明:资源型城市的生产性服务业发展与其经济发展总水平和工业化水平间存在较强的联动关系,城镇化水平的提升对资源型城市生产性服务业发展有明显促进作用,而经济开放程度和基础设施状况对资源型城市生产性服务业的发展影响不显著。据此提出促进资源型城市生产性服务业发展的建议。

Developing modern productive service industry is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities.Based on the characteristics of resource-based cities,the level of economic development,the degree of industrialization,the overall development of the tertiary sector,the degree of economic openness and the process of urbanization are chosen as indexes in this article to make empirical analyses on the development of productive service industry in resource-based cities.The results of this article show:there is a strong linkage between the development of productive service industry in resource-based cities and the general level of economic development,and the level of industrialization;the improvement of urbanization level obviously promotes the development of productive service industry in resource-based cities;however,the degree of economic openness and the status of infrastructure have no significant effect on the development of productive service industry in resource-based cities.Accordingly,this article puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of productive service industry in resource-based cities.
