摘要
通过对中西部三省贫困地区教师收入调查发现,贫困地区教师收入普遍较低,近三分之一的教师年收入低于3万元,甚至有近10%的教师年收入不及2万元。教师收入不但整体较低,且不同教师群体收入差异显著:分区域来看,西部教师收入高于中部地区教师;分人群看,女性教师、青年教师、未婚教师、已婚未育教师、普通教师、班主任教师、初级职称级别以下的教师在同类别教师群体中收入较低;男性教师、老年教师、已婚已育且孩子已成年教师、学校中层领导、高职称教师在同类别教师群体中收入较高。为了改善贫困地区教师生存状况、提高贫困地区教师队伍的吸引力和贫困地区教师质量,政府部门应加大对贫困地区教师队伍建设的支持力度,同时,根据不同教师群体的收入状况和生存压力,定向施策、精准帮扶。
It is founded that a third of the teachers’ income is lower than 30000 yuan a year and even nearly 10%of the teachers’ earning less than 20000 yuan a year through the teachers’ income survey in the poor areas of three province in Midwest.The teachers not only have a low income on the whole,and there are significant difference in the income between different groups of teachers.In order to improve teachers’ living conditions,attraction for teachers’ profession and the teacher quality in the poor areas,the government should enhance the support for poor areas teachers team construction,at the same time,implement the corresponding policy and provide the precise support according to the levels of income and survival pressure of different teacher groups.
