摘要 内蒙古锡盟~江苏泰州±800kV特高压直流输电线路工程天津段,为国家实施北电南送的重点工程,有利于缓解日趋严重的雾霾污染问题。工程穿越海河流域,为保证海河流域蓄滞洪区的安全运用与河道行洪安全,对内蒙古锡盟~江苏泰州±800kV特高压直流输电线路工程天津段中跨越河道和蓄滞洪区的输电线工程开展洪水影响评价。 The Tianjin section of Ximeng,Inner Mongolia^Taizhou,Jiangsu±800kV ultra-high voltage direct current transmission line project.The project is a key project for the country to carry out the south-to-north power transmission project,which will help alleviate the increasingly serious problem of haze pollution.The project crosses the Haihe river basin to ensure the safe operation of detention basin and the flood safety of river passage in the Haihe river basin.In this paper,flood impact assessment is carried out for the crossing river and detention basin transmission line project which is in the Tianjin section of Ximeng,Inner Mongolia^Taizhou,Jiangsu±800kV ultra-high voltage direct current transmission line project.
