难治性产后出血介入治疗临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Interventional Therapy for Refractory Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探析难治性产后出血介入治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取该院在2015年1月—2017年12月期间收治的63例难治性产后出血产妇,将产妇分为对照组30例和治疗组33例,其中对照组行保守治疗,治疗组实施子宫动脉栓塞术行介入治疗,比较两组产妇的术中出血量、术后24 h出血量、住院时间、临床治疗有效率。结果治疗组产妇的术中出血量(894.32±131.57)mL、术后24 h出血量(38.62±12.25)mL、住院时间(6.35±3.9)d明显低于对照组(1125.36±205.13)mL、(49.26±15.23)mL、(6.35±3.9)d,差异有统计学意义(t=12.507,10.036,8.824,P<0.05);对照组临床治疗有效率60.0%显著低于治疗组93.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.627,P<0.05)。结论难治性产后出血介入治疗的临床效果显著,降低出血量,缩短产妇住院时间,减轻产妇经济负担,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of interventional therapy for refractory postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Random select sixty-three women with refractory postpartum hemorrhage who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled.The women were divided into 30 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the treatment group.The control group received conservative treatment and the treatment group was implemented interventional treatment of uterine artery embolization.The intraoperative blood loss,24 h postoperative bleeding,hospitalization time and clinical treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment group,intraoperative blood loss (894.32±131.57)mL,postoperative 24 h bleeding volume (38.62±12.25)mL,hospitalization time (6.35±3.9) d were significantly lower than the control group (1 125.36±205.13)mL,(49.26 ±15.23)mL,(11.38±4.8) d,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.507,10.036,8.824,P<0.05).The clinical treatment efficiency of the control group(60.0%) was significantly higher than that of the treatment group (93.9%),the different was statistically significant(χ2=11.627,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of interventional therapy for refractory postpartum hemorrhage is significant,reducing the amount of bleeding,shortening the hospitalization time of the mother,and reducing the economic burden of the mother.It is worthy of clinical application.
