牙体牙髓病多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗的疗效比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Multiple Root Canal Therapy and One-time Root Canal Therapy for Dental Pulp Disease

目的比较分析牙体牙髓病经过多次法根管治疗和一次性根管治疗后疗效,从而为临床上牙髓病的治疗提供科学理论依据。方法方便选取该院2016年10月—2018年1月在该院治疗的牙体牙髓病患者174例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组87例。对照组87例患者采用多次法根管的方法治疗,而观察组患者采用一次性根管进行治疗,治疗后观察两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率94.25%,对照组总有效率81.61%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.23,P=0.001 46,P<0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病,不仅治疗效果明显,还可以减少患者的痛苦,降低治疗时间,改善患者生活质量,安全性也较高,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective To compare and analyze the curative effect of dental root pulp disease after multiple root canal treatment and one-time root canal treatment,so as to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the treatment of clinical pulp disease.Methods Convenient select a total of 174 patients with dental pulp disease treated in the hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,87 case in each group.In the control group,87 patients were treated with multiple root canals,while the patients in the observation group were treated with a single root canal.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.25%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.61%.the different was statistically significant between the two groups(χ^2=11.23,P=0.001 46,P<0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal treatment of dental pulp disease not only has obvious therapeutic effect,but also can reduce the patient's pain,reduce the treatment time,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
