脑出血昏迷患者急诊护理干预的效果探讨

Effect of Emergency Nursing Intervention on Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探究分析脑出血昏迷患者急诊护理干预的效果。方法方便选取该院在2016年4月—2018年3月间收治的138例脑出血昏迷患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为护理组和对照组,每组患者69例,其中对照组患者实施急诊常规护理,护理组患者在对照组患者护理的基础上实施急诊优质护理干预,比较两组患者经过护理后的护理效果。结果结果显示,护理组患者的护理总有效率95.65%明显优于对照组患者的护理总有效率85.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.159 8,P<0.05);护理组患者的并发症发生率4.35%明显低于对照组患者的并发症发生率13.04%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.367 8,P>0.05)。结论对于脑出血患者进行及时有效的急诊优质护理,能够降低患者的的病死率,提高患者的治疗效果,缩短急救的时间,减轻患者的痛苦和控制患者的病情,在临床中应用的效果良好,应予以广泛推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing intervention on patients with cerebral hemorrhage and coma.Methods A total of 138 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and coma who were admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were convenient selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into nursing group and control group.Each group of patients was 69 cases.The control group patients underwent emergency routine nursing.The nursing group patients underwent emergency quality nursing intervention based on the nursing care of the control group.The effect of care after care were compared.Results The results showed that the total effective rate of care in the nursing group was 95.65%,which was significantly better than the total effective rate of the control group (85.51%).The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.159 8,P<0.05).The complications occurred in the nursing group of 4.35% was significantly lower than that of the control group (13.04%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.367 8,P>0.05).Conclusion The timely and effective emergency quality nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the mortality rate of patients,improve the treatment effect of patients,shorten the time of first aid,reduce the pain of patients and control the patient's condition.The effect in clinical application is good.It should be widely promoted and applied.
