摘要
目的探讨门诊输液患者中的优质护理服务应用效果。方法方便选取该院2016年9月—2017年11月收治的38例门诊输液患者为研究案例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各19例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理服务。对两组护理满意度及输液知识情况进行观察对比。结果对照组和观察组在健康教育、输液环境、护理技术及服务态度护理满意度方面分别为52.63%、42.11%、47.37%、42.11%;94.74%、94.74%、89.47%、89.47%;对照组健康教育、输液环境、护理技术及服务态度护理满意度明显低于观察组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~21=13.396、χ~22=9.843、χ~23=16.274、χ~24=20.525,P﹤0.05)。对照组平均输液前、后护理知识输液原理知识得分分别为为(3.5±1.1)分、(4.4±1.6)分、(1.7±0.2)分,观察组平均输液前、后护理知识输液原理知识得分分别为(6.4±1.5)分、(7.5±2.8)分、(5.7±1.3)分;对照组平均输液前、后护理知识输液原理知识得分明显低于观察组,组间比较有差异具有统计学意义(t1=5.536、t2=5.521、t3=8.932,P﹤0.05)。结论在门诊输液室患者临床护理中,优质护理服务能够有效提升患者输液知识认知水平与护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the application effect of quality nursing service in outpatients.Methods 38 cases of outpatient infusion patients admitted to the hospital from September 2016 to November 2017 were convenient selected as study cases and randomly divided into control group and observation group.In each of the 19 cases,the control group received routine care and the observation group used quality care services.The two groups of nursing satisfaction and infusion knowledge were observed and compared.Results In the health education,infusion environment,nursing technology and service attitude nursing satisfaction,the control group and the observation group were 52.63%,42.11%,47.37%,42.11%,94.74%,94.74%,89.47%,and 89.47%,respectively.The satisfaction of health education,infusion environment,nursing technology and service attitude nursing was significantly lower than that of the observation group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant (χ^21=13.396,χ^22=9.843,χ^23=16.274,χ^24=20.525,P<0.05).In the control group,the knowledge of infusion knowledge before and after the infusion was (3.5±1.1)points,(4.4±1.6)points,(1.7±0.2)points,respectively.The average knowledge of infusion knowledge before and after infusion was observed in the observation group of (6.4±1.5) points,(7.5±2.8) points,and (5.7±1.3)points.The average knowledge of infusion knowledge before and after infusion was significantly lower than that of the observation group.There were differences between groups,with significance(t1=5.536,t2=5.521,t3=8.932,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients in outpatient infusion room,high quality nursing service can effectively improve the cognitive level of infusion knowledge and satisfaction of nursing,and has clinical application value.
