自拟疏肝软坚汤联合阿帕替尼治疗中晚期肝癌疗效探讨

Therapeutic Effect of Shugan Ruanjian Decoction Combined with Apatinib in the Treatment of Advanced Liver Cancer

目的探讨自拟疏肝软坚汤联合阿帕替尼治疗中晚期肝癌患者的疗效。方法方便选取2015年11月—2017年11月在该院住院治疗的84例中晚期肝癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同,分为观察组与对照组,对照组口服阿帕替尼0.75 g/qd,观察组在对照组基础上加用疏肝软坚汤并随症加减,观察两组患者有效率、治疗前后的AFP水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组有效率93.02%显著高于对照组有效率75.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.872,P<0.05);治疗3个月后AFP水平均较前下降,且观察组(249.78±98.46)μg/L显著低于对照组(327.33±97.31)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.629,P<0.05);对照组不良事件的发生率为73.17%,显著高于观察组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=25.231,P<0.05)。结论自拟疏肝软坚汤联合阿帕替尼治疗中晚期肝癌患者可显著提高临床有效率,降低血AFP水平,延缓患者病情恶化,同时减少不良反应的发生率,值得推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shugan Ruanjian Decoction combined with apatinib in the treatment of patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods 84 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who were hospitalized in the department from November 2015 to November 2017 were convenient selected as subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group.The control group received oral apatinib 0.75g/qd.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Shugan Ruanjian Decoction and increased or decreased with the disease.The effective rate of the two groups,the AFP level before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 75.61%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.872,P<0.05).The AFP level decreased after 3 months of treatment,and the observation group(249.78± 98.46)μg/L was significantly lower than the control group (327.33±97.31)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant (t=3.629,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the control group was 73.17%,significantly higher than the observation group.18.60%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=25.231,P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Shugan Ruanjian Decoction combined with apatinib in the treatment of patients with advanced liver cancer can significantly improve clinical efficiency,reduce blood AFP levels,delay the deterioration of patients' condition,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
