Insertion loss test of silencer in semi-anechoic room without standard sound source

根据GB/T25516—2010和GB/T4760—1995,消声器插入损失试验需要一套完整的试验装置,该试验装置占用空间大,且投资较高,企业通常不会配备完整的试验装置。对于只配备了半消声室的企业,本文给出较简便的方法进行消声器的插入损失试验,并与第三方试验数据进行对比。结果表明,对于消声器产品之间的插入损失的定性分析,此试验方法是可行的。

According to GB/T 25516-2010 and GB/T 4760-1995,the insertion loss test of silencer shall be performed through a complete set of testing unit.Since the test unit occupies large space and the investment is very high,an enterprise will not possess such complete set of testing unit.Thus,for the enterprise only possessing semi-anechoic room,a relative simple method to perform the insertion loss test of silencers is proposed,and the test results are compared with the data provided by a third party.The results show that the test method is feasible for qualitative analysis on insertion loss between silencers.
