一级泵变流量系统冷水泵变频运行仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 在一级泵变流量系统中,冷水泵的变频控制通常采用定压差控制策略,在冷负荷较低的情况下,存在冷水泵的运行能耗高的问题。本文搭建广州某典型办公楼建筑的集中式空调系统仿真平台,通过仿真分析发现,在冷负荷较低的情况下,定压差控制下的冷水泵的扬程和功率偏高,有降低的空间。针对这些问题,提出一种串级控制策略。对传统的定压差控制策略和串级控制策略进行仿真分析与比较,结果显示,串级控制运行的冷水泵能耗节约17.6%。 The control strategy of the constant pressure difference is often applied to the frequency-conversion control of chilled-water pump for primary pump variable-flow system.But the energy consumption of the chilled-water pump is high on the condition of lower cooling load.The simulation platform of the central air-conditioning system of the typical office building in Guangzhou is set up.The simulation analysis results show that the chilled-water pump s head and power keep higher level by the strategy of constant pressure difference in the case of lower cooling load,which need to be decreased.Based on these issues,the cascade control strategy is put forward.The simulation and comparison of the traditional constant pressure control strategy and the cascade control strategy are done.The results indicate that using the cascade control strategy,the energy consumption of chilled-water pump is reduced by 17.6%.
