基于项目管理的建筑行业人才培养研究

随着经济飞速发展和市场竞争日益白热化,建筑行业要求从事工程管理的各级各类人才不但要精通工程技术,同时要具备工程项目管理能力、具有战略眼光。建立以专业基础课程为中心的课程群,强化课程间内容融合,完善课程体系,综合提升学生的专业知识、实践能力和创新能力是本文研究的重点内容。

With the rapid development of the economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,the construction industry requires all levels of talents engaged in project management,not only to be proficient in engineering and technology,but also to have engineering project management capabilities and strategic vision.To establish a curriculum group centered on the professional basic courses,strengthen the content integration between the courses,integrate the practical teaching content,improve the curriculum system,and comprehensively enhance the students’professional knowledge are keys here.
