“一带一路”视阈下黑龙江外向型企业外语人才需求分析

随着国家"一带一路"倡议的持续推进,为黑龙江外向型企业带来了难得的发展机遇。但与此同时,对于企业外语人才也有了更高的要求。尤其在经济全球化背景下,外向型企业的发展必然需要大批的外语人才为其服务。不仅要求他们具备专业、扎实的对外经贸知识,同时还要具备高标准的外语交流水平。当前,很多对外贸易人才英语水平不高,无法担任一些重要的岗位,制约了这些人才在企业的发展;而对于外语专业的学生来说,他们的对外经贸知识又有所欠缺。所以,培养既具备良好外语水平又满足对外贸易需求的复合型人才,是"一带一路"倡议背景下黑龙江外向型企业真正需要的。
