关于改进国企技能人才培训的管理措施探究

摘要 在我国市场经济体制日益完善的背景下,为更好地发挥国企单位服务社会的职能,保证国企单位的管理更加规范、合理,使国企单位的技能人才得到良好发展,必须对国企人才培训管理进行适当优化。针对当前国企中人才培训管理存在的问题,为使技能人才的作用得到充分发挥,本文分析了技能人才培训管理的重要性以及当前国企技能人才培训中存在的问题,提出国企技能人才培训的四项管理措施。 Under the background of the increasingly perfect market economy system in China,in order to better display the function of state-owned enterprise units to serve the society,ensure the management of state-owned enterprise units to be more standard and reasonable,and enable the skilled talents of state-owned enterprise units to be well developed,it is necessary to properly optimize the training and management of talents of state-owned enterprises.In view of the background that there are still some problems in talent training management in state-owned enterprises,in order to give full play to the role of skilled talents,this paper first analyzes the importance of training management for skilled talents,studies the problems existing in current training for skilled talents in state-owned enterprises,and finally proposes four management measures for training for skilled talents in state-owned enterprises.
