产融结合下的融资模式创新探析

基于目前产融结合的时代背景,要想实现我国产业的转型和升级,提升市场竞争力,就必须创新当前融资模式。文章通过对金融与实体经济两者关系的分析,探讨了产融结合下融资模式的创新方式,包括积极拓宽融资渠道、有效规避外汇风险和利用政策优势三个方面,同时分析了创新金融模式的要点,以供相关研究参考借鉴。

Based on the current background of the combination of production and finance,it is necessary to innovate the current financing mode if China's industry is to achieve transformation and upgrading and improve market competitiveness.In this paper,through the analysis of the relationship between finance and entity economy,discusses with melting under to innovative ways of financing model,including actively broaden the financing channels,effectively avoid foreign exchange risk,and taking the advantage of the policy three aspects,and analyzes the main points of the innovative financial mode,hoping to related research can be of reference value.
