摘要
列车轮对系统的安全性是保障列车正常运行的关键指标。通过对国内外中高速轨道交通车辆轮对探伤设备调研,发现相控阵探伤设备已成熟应用于国外轨道交通系统及国内高速铁路系统。我国市域快线车辆具有发车密度小、运行时间长,折返次数多等特点,车辆日运行里程与高速铁路相近,其日常维护需要配置先进的轮对探伤设备。以平谷线为例,结合市域快线线网级需求,得到燕郊车辆基地轮对探伤检测设备的配置数量及方案。
The key indicator to protect normal operations of the train is the security of rain wheel system.Through the investigation of the wheelset inspection equipment of medium and high-speed railway vehicles at home and abroad,the phased array flaw detection equipment has been maturely applied to foreign railway and domestic high-speed railway.Metro fast-track vehicles in China have the characteristics of small launch density,long running time,and many times of reentry.The average daily running kilometers of city express are similar to that of high-speed railway.The routine maintenance requires advanced wheel-pair testing equipment.Daily maintenance of the city express needs to be equipped with advanced wheel alignment testing equipment devices.Taking Pinggu line as an example and combined with the needs of city express network,this paper obtains the configuration of wheel set testing equipment that Yanjiao Vehicle Base requires and equipment disposition plan.
