摘要 在海上固定平台和浮式生产设施完整性管理中,针对静设备,如压力容器、常压容器、压力管道等,逐步引入基于风险的检测(RBI)理论和技术,开展RBI评估业务。从概念引入到创新技术手段,对方法论和实际操作流程不断完善补充,实现了风险量化、检验策略优化和满足生产运行本质安全的目标,并在实际项目中得到了验证。 In the integrity management of offshore fixed platform and floating production facilities,the risk-based inspection (RBI) theory and technology are gradually introduced to static equipment,such as pressure vessel,pressure vessel and pressure pipe,and the RBI evaluation business is carried out.From the concept of concept to innovative technical means,the methodology and the actual operation process are continuously perfected and supplemented.The objectives of risk quantification,test strategy optimization and the essential safety of production operation are realized and verified in actual projects.
