改革开放40年来福建经济快速增长,产业结构显著优化,基础设施建设日趋完善;财力持续增长且赤字率可控,现代服务业的贡献不断提高,单位GDP废水排放与能耗大幅降低,区域科技创新格局不断优化。但发展不平衡不充分的问题仍然严峻,基建、教育、医疗等公共资源配置失衡,城乡收入差距还未有所缓解,创新引领发展的第一动力作用尚未真正形成。福建省要以区域协调发展为核心,塑造山海协调发展新格局;要建立完善现代产业体系,优化产业空间布局;要以科技创新为核心推动福建经济高质量发展;要加强基础设施和基本公共服务建设;要推进"一带一路"核心区建设,深化闽台合作交流;要打造生态文明建设的"福建样板",增强可持续发展能力。

After 40 years of reform and opening-up,Fujian's economy has grown rapidly,whose industrial structure has been significantly optimized,and whose infrastructure has been gradually improved.The financial resources have continued to grow and the deficit rate is under control in Fujian,whose contribution of modern service industries has been increasing.But such inadequate development imbalance problems as in infrastructure,education,medical treatment in Fujian are still severe.The allocation of public resources,such as regional imbalance,the income gap between urban and rural areas has not abated,whose first driving force of development of the innovation leading role has not really formed.We should take regional coordinated development as the core and shape a new pattern of coordinated development of mountainous regions and coastal regions,establish and improve the modern industrial system and optimize the industrial space layout,and take scientific and technological innovation as the core to promote the high-quality development of Fujian's economy so as to strengthen infrastructure and basic public services.We should promote the construction of the core area of "Belt and Road Initiative" and deepen cooperation and exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan and finally build the "Fujian model" for the ecological civilization construction and enhance our capacity for sustainable development.
