客家文化与高校校园文化融合策略探究——以龙岩学院为例

Strategies for Integration of Hakka Culture and Campus Culture——a Case Study of Longan University

新时期,高校应充分利用地方优秀传统文化发挥文化育人功能。客家文化作为优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,客家地区高校有必要将其融入校园文化建设之中。由于客家文化自身的局限性、高校有待提升的文化融合能力和大学生淡薄的文化融合意识等问题,当前客家文化融入龙岩学院校园文化建设的成效喜忧参半。从策略选择上说,可以从加大客家文化的研究力度、完善校园文化运行机制、发挥师生主动性和创造性等方面着手推进。

In the new era,colleges and universities should make full use of the characteristic local culture in the cultural education.The Hakka culture is an important excellent part of the traditional culture,of which it is necessary for the universities in the Hakka regions to make use and to integrate it into the construction of campus culture.Due to the limitations of the Hakka culture itself,the ability of cultural integration in the universities needs to be improved while the weak awareness of cultural integration among the college students needs to be strengthened.At present,the situations of Hakka culture integration into the campus culture construction of Longyan University have seen mixed results,which should be strategically promoted by intensifying the study of the Hakka culture,perfecting the operating mechanism of campus culture,so as to exerting the initiative and creativity of the teachers and students.
