龙血竭联合康复新液治疗宫颈癌同步放化疗引起皮肤损伤的临床研究

LONGXUEJIE CAPSULE COMBINED NEW ORAL REHABILITATION TREATMENT OF CERVICAL CANCER RADIOTHERAPYINDUCED INJURIES OF SKIN

目的探讨宫颈癌患者放射性皮肤黏膜损伤的治疗方法。方法选取出现Ⅱ-Ⅳ级急性放射性皮肤损伤的中晚期宫颈癌患者192例,将其随机分为3组,各64例。对照2组用0.2%碘伏消毒;对照1组在对照2组基础上,加用康复新液治疗;观察组在对照1组治疗的基础上,再用龙血竭粉末外涂皮损区。观察比较3组疗效、放疗中断时间及皮损愈合时间。结果 3组治愈率及总有效率比较均有统计学意义(X^2=35.16,32.63;P <0.01),观察组高于其他2组;3组放疗中断时间及皮损愈合时间比较均有统计学意义(F=551.10,258.01;P <0.01),观察组均少于其他2组。结论龙血竭联合康复新治疗中晚期宫颈癌同步放化疗引起的皮肤损伤疗效显著,且使用方便、经济、安全。

Objective To investigate the treatment of radiation skin mucosal injury in patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 192 patients with advanced cervical cancer with grade II-IV acute radiation injury were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,64 cases each.The control group 2 was disinfected with 0.2%iodophor;the control group 1 was treated with the new treatment solution on the basis of the control group 2;the observation group was treated with the treatment group 1 and then the skin lesion area was coated with the dragon blood powder.The efficacy of the three groups,the interruption time of radiotherapy and the healing time of the lesions were observed and compared.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the three groups were statistically significant(χ^2=35.16,32.63;P<0.01).The observation group was higher than the other two groups.The radiotherapy interruption time and skin healing time of the three groups were statistically significant(F=551.10,258.01;P<0.01),observation group was less than the other two groups.Conclusion Longxuejie combined with rehabilitation is effective in the treatment of skin lesions caused by concurrent chemoradiotherapy for advanced cervical cancer,and also is convenient,economical and safe to use.
