摘要
目的了解临沂市基层精神科医疗机构感染管理现状,为制定改进措施提供科学依据。方法应用《基层医院感染管理督导检查表》对临沂市县(区)级及以下精神科医疗机构进行调查。结果 2所县(区)级综合医院设的精神科感染管理意识较强,制度健全,管理规范;其他县(区)级及以下精神科医疗机构医院感染管理人员少、知识匮乏、相关工作执行不到位。结论应采取有效措施,加强基层精神科医疗机构感染管理意识,提升其管理水平。
Objective To investigate the status of infection management in primary psychiatric medical institutions in Linyi,and to provide scientific evidence for the development of improvement measures.Methods The“Public Hospital Infection Management Supervision Checklist”was used to investigate the psychiatric medical institutions at and below county(district)level in Linyi city.Results 2 county(district)general hospitals had strong awareness of psychiatric infection management,sound system and standardized management;Psychiatric medical institutions in other counties(districts)had fewer hospital infection management personnel and lacked knowledge as well as related work execution.Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to strengthen the awareness of infection management in basic-level psychiatric medical institutions and their management level should be improved.
