湖北长阳土家族苞谷酒制作技艺调研——以长阳榔坪巴哥酒厂为例

Research on the Corn Wine Brewing Crafts of the Tujia People of Changyang,Hubei Province——Taking Langping Bage Distillery as an Example

对于"活态性"非物质文化遗产的保护,不仅是文化多样性的内在要求,更是帮助各民族在现代社会中自我认知的重要途径。以湖北长阳土家族自治县长阳榔坪巴哥酒厂为例,以苞谷酒制作技艺、土家饮酒文化、酒文化与其他文化的传承、巴哥酒厂介绍四个方面展开,以期为土家族苞谷酒制作技艺的保护与传承提供一些启发。

The protection of"living"intangible cultural heritage is not only an inherent requirement of cultural diversity,but also an important way to help all ethnic groups to recognize themselves in modern society. This article takes the sample from the Changyang Langping Bage Distillery in Changyang Tujia Autonomous County,Hubei Province,with the production crafts of corn wine,Tujia drinking culture,wine culture and other cultural heritage,Bage distillery introduction four aspects,in order to provide some inspiration for the protection and inheritance of the Tujia corn wine production crafts.
