摘要
传统社会身体在场的饮食交流是人与人、人与环境互动构建的饮食人情和饮食人伦关系。其饮食交流方式体现出"人情味儿""异趣性""多样性"等结构特点。现代技术产品、"互联网+"运作的普及和使用,致使民众饮食交流以身体缺场的形式烙上了时代的印记。其饮食交流方式体现出"默契契约""淡漠化""趋同化"等结构特点。因此,饮食交流方式从传统社会的一元结构转变为"互联网+"时代的二元结构。
In traditional society,diet exchange with physical presence is about the relation between human interest and ethic based on interaction between people and people as well as people and environment.The exchange features "human interest""interest difference""diversity"etc. The prevalence of modern technological products and "Internet + "marks the new era of people’s diet exchange with physical absence. This diet exchange features "tacit contract""indifference""convergence"etc. Therefore,diet exchange now has changed from the unitary unit of traditional society to the dual unit of the"Internet + "era.
