摘要
教育硕士是师范大学培养的高层次教师人才,教育实习是实现这个培养目标的重要途径和方法。本文从实习前准备情况、实习内容和过程、实习时间与论文开题时间的关系、实习后的反思与评价、实践基地的建设等五个维度对Y师范大学各专业教育硕士的实习现状进行调查,找出实习工作中存在的问题。并从实习生、高师院校、实践基地三个方面提出了对策和建议,希望能为教育硕士培养单位和实习生的实习工作提供参考。
Graduate students of education of normal universities are meant to become high-end teachers for whom education practice is indispensable to achieve this goal. Based on five dimensions,namely pre-practice preparation,practice content and process,relationship between schedules of practice and thesis writing,post-practice reflections and evaluation as well as construction of practice bases,this survey on the current status of education practice of graduate students of varying specialization in education of Y Normal University first attempts to identify the existing problems,then proceeds to suggest solutions from three aspects – the practicing students,the normal universities and the practice bases – to serve as helpful reference to both the mother normal universities of aforesaid practicing graduate students and the practice of such students.
