“互联网+”背景下云南地方高校图书馆信息资源共享的构建

Construction of Information Resources Sharing across Libraries of Local Universities of Yunnan under the Background of “Internet +”

网络化和数字化是现代高校图书馆发展的总趋势。在"互联网+"背景下,近年来云南地方高校图书馆在此方面进一步加大工作力度,推动了图书馆信息资源共享工作的发展。但是受地域、建设经费、发展基础、网络技术人才等因素的影响,高校图书馆信息资源共享构建是一项长期性、复杂性和系统性的工程。因此,"互联网+"背景下构建云南地方高校图书馆信息资源共享,需要各高校馆际间切实开展较为广度和深度的交流与合作,以形成一种相互协作、互帮互助、目标统一的态势,才能实现有效的馆际间信息资源共享。

Network library and digital library show the way where modern university libraries should go in the future. To follow the above direction,greater efforts have been made by Yunnan’s local university libraries in recent years under the background of "Internet + ",boosting inter-sharing of information resources among them. This progress will be,however,a long and complicated one because such a program cannot be accomplished with limited resources in terms of geography,funds,foundation and technical personnel. As a result,extensive and profound cooperation across these universities is necessary,without which coordinated and mutual efforts cannot be initiated for eventual accomplishment of this unified goal.
