全域旅游与南京浦口区项羽文化的创新提质

Region-wide Tourism and Innovation and Quality Improvement of Xiang Yu Culture in Pukou District,Nanjing

项羽文化作为旅游文化的资源之一,国内已有多处地方进行了不同程度的开发。例如:江苏省宿迁市宿豫区的项王故里景区,安徽省和县、陕西省临潼区的鸿门宴景区,河南省荥阳市的鸿沟景区等,其中宿豫区是江苏省项羽文化研究会所在地,并且办有"项羽文化网"和《项羽文化》杂志,影响颇大。项羽文化在长三角地区的分布当中,南京市据有一席之地,主要集中在浦口区。2018年7月18日浦口区旅游局发布的信息表明,正在全区实施的全域旅游战略目标是:努力争创国家级旅游度假区、国家全域旅游示范区;打造一批5A级景区,全面提升旅游产业链附加值,优化完善交通路网体系、旅游集散中心体系、旅游厕所、智慧旅游体系等,但遗憾的是未能提及项羽文化。从全域旅游的角度考察,遗漏极具开发价值的项羽文化,无论是景区景点的配置、游线的延伸、业态与产业链的融合,以及文旅产业的提升等,都是不全面的。

As one of the resources of tourism culture,Xiang Yu culture has been developed in many places in China.For example:Xiangwang hometown scenic spot of Suyu district of Suqian city in Jiangsu province;Hongmen banquet scenic spot in He county of Anhui province and Lintong district of Shaanxi province;the chasm scenic spot in Xingyang city of He’nan Province,and among them Suyu district is the location of Xiang Yu culture research institute of Jiangsu province,which builds“Xiang Yu Culture Network”and sponsors Xiang Yu Culture magazine,both with great influences.Among the distribution of Xiang Yu culture of the Yangtze River delta region,Nanjing is of an important place,mainly concentrated in Pukou district.According to the information released by Pukou district tourism bureau on July 18,2018,the strategic goals of region-wide tourism being implemented are:striving to create a national tourism resort and a national region-wide tourism demonstration zone;striving to build a number of 5A-level scenic spots;increasing the added value of the tourism industry chain in an all-round way;optimizing and improving the transportation network system,the tourism distribution center system,the tourism toilets,the intelligent tourism system and so on.But unfortunately Xiang Yu culture is not mentioned now.From the perspective of region-wide tourism,it is not comprehensive to overlook Xiang Yu culture,which is of great development value whether in the configuration of scenic spots,the extension of tour lines,the integration of business forms and industrial chains,or in the promotion of cultural tourism industry.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the regional tourism and Xiang Yu culture in Pukou district,Nanjing city with the stress that culture is the core and soul of tourism and the quality innovation of Xiang Yu cultural attractions is essential,eventually with the aim at bridging the gaps and offering the suggestions for decision-makers’reference.
