摘要
由于地区的个性化需求,国家电网公司在继电保护标准化设计过程中将非共性需求设定为选配功能,由用户自由选择。基于已经颁布的标准化设计规范,文章对继电保护装置的选配从原理到实现进行了深入研究,提出了面向工程的继电保护装置选配功能实现方案。结合继电保护装置的具体设计分别从硬件选配和软件选配的功能设计进行了详细论述。实践表明,该系统在选配设计上的优势,将极大提高继电保护装置的开发和配置效率、降低人力成本、增加产品竞争力和快速响应客户需求。
Because of the individualized demand of the region,the non-common demand is set as the selection function in the standardized design of relay protection by the State Grid Corporation,which is freely chosen by the users.Based on the standardized design specifications already issued,this paper made a thorough study on the principle and Realization of relay protection device selection,and put forward a project-oriented realization scheme of relay protection device selection function.Combined with the specific design of relay protection device,the function design of hardware selection and software selection were discussed in detail.Finally,the practice showed that the advantages of this system in the selection and design will greatly improve the efficiency of development and configuration of relay protection devices,reduce labor costs,increase product competitiveness and respond quickly to customer needs.
