摘要 在目前国际宏观经济的背景下,不仅需要利用汽车行业拉动内需,而且要重视节能减排,缓解工业发展与环境之间的矛盾。我国政府出台了《产业调整和振新规划》,推广应用新能源汽车,确立了应对危机,促进发展的战略方针。用于贸易结算的充电桩计量准确性是关系民生的重要问题。文中在深入研究电动汽车充电桩检测的国家标准、检定规程后,切入实际研制开发一款综合型的电动汽车充电桩检测装置,旨在服务民生,规范电动汽车充电服务行业,使贸易结算的充电设备检测更准确,使用户在充电桩安装后的调试验收更加便捷,具有良好的经济效益与社会效益。 Under the current international macroeconomic background,it is necessary not only to use the automobile industry to stimulate domestic demand,but also to pay attention to energy saving and emission reduction,so as to alleviate the contradiction between industrial development and the environment.Our government has promulgated the"Industrial Adjustment and Renewal Plan",promoted the application of new energy vehicles,and established a strategic policy to deal with the crisis and promote development.The accuracy of charging piles used for trade settlement is an important issue related to people’s livelihood.After deeply studying the national standards and verification rules of charging pile testing for electric vehicles,a comprehensive testing device for charging pile of electric vehicles was developed to serve people’s livelihood,standardize charging service industry of electric vehicles,and make the testing of charging equipment for trade settlement more accurate and it is more convenient for users to debug and accept after charging pile installation.It has good economic and social benefits.
