用电信息采集系统运维体系的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Operation and Maintenance System of Power Information Collection System

文中以闭环管理理念为指导,打破了任务层层转发、执行层层衰减的管理旧模式,建立了采集运维管理新模式。结合天津市的应用实例,展示了一体化用电信息采集运维管理体系的应用效果,从而说明了采用此种运维体系的重要意义和必要性。

Guided by the concept of closed-loop management,this paper breaks the old management mode of task layer forwarding and execution layer attenuation,and establishes a new management mode of acquisition,operation and maintenance.Combining with the application example of Tianjin,the application effect of the integrated operation and maintenance management system of electricity information collection is demonstrated,and the significance and necessity of adopting this operation and maintenance system are explained.
