目前,培育高价值专利成为当下知识产权工作的重点。作为专利权行政审批主体,审查员如何为培育高价值专利助力是值得研究的课题。本文通过分析培育高价值专利对审查工作的要求,探索审查能力在培育高价值专利过程中的体现,并以此给出高价值专利培育过程中创新审查方式的建议,旨在帮助审查员实现高价值专利培育的责任担当与价值。

At present,the cultivation of high value patents is called the focus of the current property rights work.As the subject of administrative examination and approval of patent rights,the examiner's assistance on how to cultivate high value patents is a worthy topic.By analyzing the requirements for the examination of the high value patents cultivation,this paper explores the embodiment of examination ability in the process of cultivating high value patents and comes up with suggestions on innovative examination methods in the cultivation process so as to help examiners to fulfill the responsibility and value of high value patent cultivation.
