摘要
本文从检索逻辑层面将一般检索步骤分为理解发明阶段、确定检索方向阶段、策略调整阶段,基于以上三个阶段,探讨了发明构思在一般检索步骤中的应用,通过具体检索案例,阐述了紧扣发明构思进行检索的高效性。
This paper explores general searching steps from invention understanding stage,search orienting stage and strategy adjusting stage.The applications of inventive concept in general searching steps are discussed base on the three steps above,moreover,the efficiency of searching strategy associated to the inventive concept is illustrated on the basis of specific search case.
