摘要
电路领域中,经常涉及利用传感检测获取电信号,以及对相关电信号进行控制的电路设计,或者对电信号的处理描述。在涉及电路申请中,为在权利要求中实现保护,常通过具体的电路结构连接的方式进行撰写,或者通过电路工作方式进行描述,细节较多,重点不突出。在实际检索过程中,难以提取检索要素实现对发明构思的有效把握,并构建有效检索式寻找对比文件。此时,不能盲目利用细节进行检索,而是需要正确理解发明,准确把握发明实质,提高检索效能。而正确理解发明把握发明实质的表现形式有很多,如通过理解发明确定发明构思提高检索效能;通过理解发明捕捉特定细节提高检索效能和通过理解发明有效技术追踪提高检索效能等。
In the field of circuits,it often involves the design of circuits that use sensor detection to acquire electrical signals and control the relevant electrical signals,or the description of the processing of electrical signals.In terms of the application of circuits,in order to achieve protection of the claims,the application document is often written through the specific circuit structure connection method,or through the description of the circuit work mode,however,it contains more details and less emphasis.In the actual retrieval process,it is difficult to extract the retrieval elements to achieve an effective grasp of the inventive concept and construct an effective search query to find the comparison file.At this point,we cannot blindly use details to search,but we must correctly understand the invention,accurately grasp the essence of the invention,so that we can improve the search efficiency.There are many ways of correctly understanding the invention and grasping the essence of the invention,such as command the inventive concept;capturing specific details;and understanding the effective technology tracking of the invention.
