Retrieval Strategy Apply to Visual Claims in Image Processing Field

图像处理领域存在许多分类号难以细化、关键词辨识度低、技术方案可以用一个或者多个具体图像表达的权利要求,笔者将该类权利要求定义为"可视化权利要求"。本文针对该类权利要求在专利库检索噪音大难以获取有效X/Y类对比文件的问题,提出新的检索策略,以提高检索效率,降低漏检率。

It is a common phenomenon that the whole claim technical solution can be expressed with one or more pictures while it is difficult to refine classification codes and identify keywords in image processing field.We define these claims as visual claims.This paper proposes a new retrieval strategy for that we have trouble with obtaining a valid X/Y document in the patent library due to a lot of noise,to improve the efficiency of retrieval and to reduce the miss rate.
