从与申请人交互过程中挖掘有效检索策略

High Effective Search Strategies Acquire from the Interaction with Applicants

通信领域的技术发展日新月异,新技术、新标准层出不穷,申请案件具有技术性强、难以理解的特性;审查员在审查过程中难以站位于本领域技术人员的角度进行检索和"三性"评判。对于此类专利申请,准确理解、精准分析交互文件以挖掘重要信息是审查员接近本领域技术人员一种行之有效的方法。本文基于此提出针对"意见陈述三问"的概念,在检索审查中以"意见陈述三问"作为主线,并通过案例阐述了如何从与申请人的交互文件中挖掘有效的检索信息,更新检索策略,获取有效对比文件。

The development of communication is quickly.New technologies and new standards are emerging one after another.The patents are technically and difficult to understand.And it is difficult for the examiners to search and judge the patent of a person skilled in the art during the review process.For these patents,accurate understanding and analysis of interactive documents to mine important information is an effective method for examiners to approach those skilled in the art.Therefore,this paper proposes three asks of remarks from applicants,based on this,and using the"three asks of applicant remarks"as the main line.Through this paper,it elaborates how to retrieve effective search information from the interaction documents with the applicant and update the search strategy,get valid documents.
