技术启示的判断是"三步法"审查创造性过程中的难点所在,本文从一个实际案例出发,对比分析了两种审查思路,进而探讨了实际审查过程中在判断技术启示时的一些问题,并给出了相应的建议。

The judgment of technical motivation is the difficulty in the examination of inventive step using"three-step method".This article based on a real case,compares and analyzes two kinds of examination ideas,and then discusses some problems in the actual examination of inventive step to judge whether or not there exists such a technical motivation in the prior art,and then gives some corresponding suggestions.
