摘要 为实现机械产品模型的快速重构和优化创新设计,提出一种基于Geomagic Control和UG的快速模型重构与精度分析方法。将通过三维激光扫描获取的产品点云数据导入Geomagic Control软件进行优化处理,并导入UG软件进行基于曲线的曲面重构和基于曲面的实体建模。分析了所建模型与点云的拟合精度。该方法为机械产品的逆向设计提供了有益的参考,具有一定的实用和推广价值。 In order to realize the rapid reconstruction and optimization of mechanical product model,a method of rapid model reconstruction and precision analysis based on Geomagic Control and UG is proposed.The point cloud data obtained by threedimensional laser scanning will be imported into Geomagic Control software for optimization processing,and UG software for curvebased surface reconstruction and surface-based solid modeling.The fitting accuracy of the model and point cloud is analyzed.This method provides a useful reference for reverse design of mechanical products,and has a certain practical and popularizing value.
