大学生体质危机是长期困扰我国高等教育和社会发展的问题之一。学校教育中体育本位的缺失、体育教育中文化育人的缺失、网络生活方式的影响和家长教育观念的偏差是造成大学生体质危机的主要原因。从教育视角确立学校体育目标,践行体育文化育人使命,构建"形""神"兼备的大学体育教学模式,开创学校、家庭和社会三位一体的体育教育新格局,是应对大学生体质危机的现实选择。

The physical crisis of college students is one of the problems that have plagued the development of higher education and society in China for a long time. The lack of physical education standard in school education, the lack of cultural education in physical education, the influence of network lifestyle and the deviation of parents’ educational concepts are the main reasons for the physical crisis of college students. It is a realistic choice to solve the physical crisis of college students to establish the goal of school physical education from the perspective of education, to carry out the mission of sports culture education, to construct the teaching mode of college physical education with both "shape" and "spirit" and to create a new pattern of physical education of school, family and society.
