摘要
简单介绍了柔性压力传感器的特点,着重阐述了柔性压力传感器工作原理的三种形式及常用的柔性材料,综述了其在人工电子皮肤、智能服装、可穿戴设备领域的应用,最后指出了柔性压力传感器发展过程中存在的问题并对其前景进行了展望。
The characteristics of flexible pressure sensors are briefly introduced,and three types of flexible pressure sensors working principles and commonly used flexible materials are emphatically expounded.The applications in artificial electronic skin,smart clothing and wearable devices are summarized. Finally,pointing out the problems existed in the development of flexibility pressure sensors and prospects are forecasted.
