摘要
对硅酸钾和硅酸钠两种灌浆型防火玻璃进行耐火性能、透光率和耐候性能对比研究,分别进行了透光率测试、耐辐照测试、红外光谱测试(FTIR)、热重测试(TG)、发泡测试、SEM测试。结果表明,同摩尔比条件下硅酸钾灌浆玻璃具有更好的透光率,硅酸钠灌浆防火玻璃耐火性能更好,硅酸钠凝胶的发泡性能要好于硅酸钾凝胶。两种灌浆玻璃都具有很好的耐候性。
The fire resistance,light transmittance and weather resistance of the two kinds of grouting glass of potassium silicate and sodium silicate were studied. The light transmittance,radiation-resistant,Fourier transform infrared( FTIR) spectroscopy,thermal gravimetry( TG),foaming tests and Scanning electron microscope( SEM) were carried out. The results show that potassium silicate grouted glass has better light transmittance,and sodium silicate grouting fire-proof glass has better fire resistance under the same molar ratio. The foaming performance of sodium silicate-based gel is better than that of potassium silicate-based gel. Both grouting glass have good weather resistance.
