身痛逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型糖尿病性骨质疏松症疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction on diabetic osteoporosis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome

目的观察身痛逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型糖尿病性骨质疏松症(DOP)的临床疗效。方法将100例气滞血瘀型DOP患者按随机数字表法分为2组,2组均予常规降糖治疗,对照组50例加碳酸钙D3片及阿法骨化醇片口服治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上加身痛逐瘀汤治疗。2组均30 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。比较2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_1c)、血清钙、血清磷及骨密度(BMD)变化情况,统计2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90. 00%,对照组总有效率74. 00%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后,2组FPG、2 h PG及Hb A1c水平均较本组治疗前降低(P <0. 05),但2组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗后,2组血清钙、磷水平及BMD均较本组治疗前增加(P <0. 05),且治疗组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论加用身痛逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型DOP疗效显著,能有效提高患者BMD及血清钙、磷水平,缓解临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shentong Zhuyu decoction on diabetic osteoporosis(DOP)with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 100 patients with DOP with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated by conventional hypoglycemic therapy.50 patients in control group were treated by calcium carbonate D3 tablets and alfacalcitol tablets.50 patients in treatment group were treated by Shentong Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 30 days as a course of treatment,with three courses of treatment.The changes of fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin HbA 1c,serum calcium(Ca),serum phosphorus(P)and bone mineral density(BMD)were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 90.00%in treatment group and 74.00%in control group.The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c of the two groups were lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The Ca,P and BMD of the two groups were increased compared than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type DOP with Shentong Zhuyu decoction is effective,which can effectively improve the BMD and serum Ca and P levels and relieve clinical symptoms.
